  • Only submit candidates for consideration who have provided proof of identification and permission to work in UK in accordance with Home Office guidelines
  • Conduct structured interviews with all candidates prior to their submission to the client
  • Not approach a candidate placed with a client with regard to another role unless the client in question has given their express permission to do so
  • Treat with confidence any information provided by a client as part of the recruitment process, restricting it to parties directly linked with the recruitment process. Conducting our activities with honesty, integrity and openness
  • Create a bespoke service to meets clients specific needs
  • Provide a dedicated client account manager offering a single point of contact and continuity
